Managing your subscription is hassle-free. If you ever need to pause or cancel it, just navigate to your account page. From there, click on "My Subscriptions," and you'll be able to select the specific product order you want to modify. If you need assistance, please send a message to contact@shopfloorbrands.com and one of our support members will be happy to help.
Once you finalize your checkout, your initial order will be roasted promptly and shipped out as quickly as possible. Because we fresh roast every order (pull system for the win) it may take 2-3 days before we can ship. We ship all retail orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders ship the day roasted/packed and are generally delivered to customers in 3-4 business days. Rest assured, we'll make every effort to keep you informed in case of any delays, especially during peak periods and public holidays.

POLICIES, MANAGEMENT, AND CANCELLATION
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@shopfloorbrands.com.
