Pretty Good

This coffee is pretty good. It is nice and smooth, but it could use a little more flavor.

Great morning coffee

We brewed a pot yesterday, the First Shift. One word—flavorful. I loved the complex flavor and the very satisfying finish. Too many small roasters end up having a very "acidic" finish (kinda like Starbucks IMO). This didn't. Super smooth and very satisfying in the morning.
